Balanced stay, some issues noticed
knowledgeable butler brief tour luxurious tone impersonal check-in unkept garden noisy events
The staff were AMAZING!!! Lee, a butler, gave us a tour. His kindness. The lobby is fine. It set a luxurious tone.
The check-in felt impersonal, and we received no information. I had to find my way around. The garden looked unkempt. It resembled a local park. No warning was given about noisy events .
